Apple Properties is owned and operated by Larry Hedenkamp and Darrin Volk. Both Darrin and Larry are Kansas residents. Together they make a winning combination. Darrin Volk is a Foreclosure specialist and has been involved in working Foreclosures in the Kansas City market place since 1996. Darrin is also a Mortgage Broker licensed in the State of Kansas, Missouri and Indiana.  Larry Hedenkamp is a former Painting and Wall covering contractor that specialized in the residential real estate market. For 17 years he owned and operated Men At Work Painting. A premier custom painting contractor. Together Darrin and Larry can buy a property at the lowest price and bring that property to market for the best values in town!   Apple Customer start there home ownership journey with equity!!
